The St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi-Academy Trust seeks to appoint an exceptional Trust Data Manager to provide data expertise and leadership across our 25 schools within the Trust. Part of the executive team, you will be based at our Head Office in Derby however the post will require frequent travel between the Academies within the CMAT so it is an essential requirement that you have a full and valid UK driving license and access to your own transport.
A pivotal role within the Trust, you will work closely with the Directors of Performance and Standards, Academy Staff and other stakeholders across the CMAT, collecting and analysing data to drive improvement outcomes and standards for our Trust. You will be providing technical direction, advice and leadership for our data related services.
You will be educated to degree level or have significant relevant experience of working in a Data Manager role, within an educational setting. You will also have a strong track record of supporting Senior Leaders to improve the quality of teaching and learning outcomes. Knowledge of Ofsted, DfE and academy legislation is essential.
You will need to be highly organised, with the ability to multi task and maintain strong attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills coupled with strong ICT skills, as well as the ability to deal with people at all levels.
Whilst being Catholic is not a requirement for this role, you must be willing to support and participate in the Catholic life and ethos in our Academies.
About the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust
The St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust is one of four CMATs in the Diocese of Nottingham, which covers most of the East Midlands and has a strong tradition of providing an excellent Catholic education to around 30,000 children and students in 84 schools across the Diocese. The four CMATs will enable consistent, proactive and high-quality support services to be provided to all our headteachers, leaders, local school Governors and Trust Board.
